Barr Family FLL/FTC Alabama Grants 2024/2025 Season
The Barr family is happy to announce the “Barr Family FLL/FTC Alabama Grants” to team in their first, second and third year of operation. These grants are to promote small teams and promotes woman in engineering.

Grant Requirements • Teams must register with FIRST and provide a team number prior to applying for a grant.
• The team must be registered with FIRST for the current year’s competition season. • Team must be associated with a school or community bases group to send grant payment to. Payment can not be made to an individual person. • Alabama Teams only - FIRST LEGO League Explore, - FIRST LEGO League Challenge - FIRST Tech Challenge • Team Size: 4 or more members • 25% girls on the team • Team must explain actively recurring new girls on the team. • Teams recieving a grant will be list on the WorkBots.info WEB Site. We would also like to highlight teams team receiving grant if they provide a Team Photo and a short description of their teams accomplishment during the season. • Funds can be used for registration fees, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and taxes of the FLL and FTC team and robot. • Both team's Lead Coach 1 and Lead Coach 2 are both successfully screened • Teams can only apply once per season. Teams with multiple team numbers can only apply for one grant.
